About the center
The development of optics over the last century has been a cornerstone of contemporary scientific research. MIRO focuses its objectives on the scientific innovation of the area and possible source of new technologies, through theoretical and experimental research of high global impact. Its core lines focus on issues of quantum computing, light applications for information transmission, data security and light sources with novel properties.
