About the center
Medical imaging is essential for the non-invasive assessment of many diseases; however, it is expensive and still lacks comprehensive and objective disease characterization. The overall goal of the iHEALTH Millennium Institute is to develop innovative methods that integrate engineering and artificial intelligence (AI) to improve MI-based healthcare while making it, in the long term, more affordable and accessible to all Chileans.
