The article “Origins and evolution of extreme life span in Pacific Ocean rockfishes”  is the front page article of the November issue of the prestigious Science magazine. The UC Agronomy researcher, Juliana A. Vianna, participated in this study together with the biologists from the University of California, BerkeleyPeter Sudmant and Rohit Kolora, main authors of the paper.
